6 of us on the bun run this morning and weather wise it’s sunny, dry, little wind but bloody freezing, colder than yesterday 🥶 Nick wanted to do a different route today down to the Coffee Bothy for our cafe stop. So we skipped out Knockhill and headed down to Saline and along to Alva before heading along the hillfoots to the cafe stop. My fueling stop was scrambled eggs on toast with avocado and sun dried tomatoes, with coffee and banoffee pie to follow 🥰😋 Our route back would take us to Alloa and back along the coast via Clackmannanshire and Kincardine before heading back up to Dunfermline. I decided to do a little extra today to bump it up to the 100 Km. So I headed back up to Redcraigs and then along to Townhill, Kingseat and Hill of Beath before heading back to Crossgates. So 63 miles clocked up at an avg speed of 16 mph 😊
