It’s a slightly better day that yesterday weather wise, it was sunny but chilly and less wind that yesterday which was good. There were 12 of us today, which is probably the largest Sunday group I’ve seen this year, outwith the club 100 km and 100 mile Sunday rides. We did the usual route to the cafe stop for coffee and cake and then after I followed Ken down to Dalgety Bay where I was going to do some more extra miles I had reached 140 miles for the week by this morning so I decided I would go for the 200 miles in the week today which meant I needed at least 60 miles, I decided to make it 65 just to make sure. I cycled through Dalgety Bay on towards Aberbour before swinging North back up to Mossmorran and then onto Cowdenbeath and Kelty. I then headed back to Crossgates and home clocking up 66 miles at an avg speed of 16 mph, all in all a good days ride and a good weeks tally of 200 miles
