Bit of a mild overcast day with a little wind but not enough to bother me cycling. 16 on the bun run today and as per usual after the cafe stop I decided to do a little extra. I basically did a loop around Kirkcaldy, although I didn’t go the coastal route more along the inland route, which I seldom ride. Good distance and avg speed today, clocking up nearly 65 miles at an avg speed of 17 mph
