3 of us on the bun run today, me Mark and Colin and weather wise, well what a turn around from yesterday \ud83d\ude2e All the snow had gone over night, the roads were clear, with a few small patches of snow here and there but nothing to worry me from riding today. It was a little bit windy, but now rain and it was sunny, the calm after the storm \ud83d\ude00 We did the usual bun run route today with the cafe stop now located at The Mills Cafe in Tillicoultry, a very minor change to Muircot, so essentially the same distance wise. At the cafe stop I had soup coffee and cake, this time I could have the cake since I have my tooth back now \ud83d\ude01 It was a slight headwind on the way out but this would mean a tail wind all the way home which was nice, so today I clocked up 50 miles at an avg speed of 16 mph. <\/p> \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
