So sun block on for today and hope for the best <span class=\"wp-font-emots-emo-happy\"><\/span> There were 4 of use today and I wanted to do a different longer ride, given the weather was good. We decided to ride around Loch Leven and then I would split from there to do a longer ride, the others had to be back for a certain time so I would go it alone after lunch. I decided I would head to Leslie and then swing south to Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy and then head west again back home. I was looking to do at least 65 miles today but decided to stretch that a little bit more to get to 70 miles <span class=\"wp-font-emots-emo-grin\"><\/span> A good days ride with an avg speed of 16 mph but I &#8216;m wondering if I got a little more burnt as my legs and arms are stinging a bit more :&#8217;-( days like these are such a double edged sword. <\/p> \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" <p> Ride 30\/05\/2021 Glorious day for a bike ride, hot and sunny, although this does pose a burning issue with me, I got sun burnt yesterday and it hurts Don&#8217;t want to make things worse!
