So we split into 2 groups we me leading the first group. Weather wise it&#8217;s ok, no rain a little sun but a bit windy. We did start with a tail wind so the ride to the cafe stop was quite quick, sitting outside was fine, it&#8217;s not as cold as last week thankfully. For the homeward leg we were into a head wind so I settled at the back as I was planning to do 65 miles today which meant that once we were over Knockhill I was on my own into the wind all the way to Glenrothes, my turning point before heading home. But this did mean I would have a tailwind going home which was good as at this point I was getting tired, I had maintained an avg speed of 16 mph at this point.
