I was doing the Sunday bun run today as I will be doing a longer ride tomorrow, it&#8217;s a better weather day tomorrow and I want to increase my distance. For today I was looking to do 50 miles so I changed up the normal route a bit to bump up the mileage. I was also going a bit harder today to get my speed up a bit so my avg speed today was 16 mph which I&#8217;m happy with given the wind on the first half of the ride.
