Probably not a good idea but I stopped there for some lunch. Now the hard part, the route I had planned home was a far more lumpy affair to the flat down hill route to St Andrews and I was still riding hard so this hurt, the last 5 miles are up hill so I was really struggling by this point as I was almost out of energy, I could barely muster 250 watts so it was a slow affair going up hill.
