Weather wise it&#8217;s about the same as last week, a little chilly to start with some sunshine a low winds. In fact by the time I got back to Crossgates I had clocked up 85 miles, hence the little loop around Cowdenbeath to get the extra 5 miles I was after <span class=\"wp-font-emots-emo-happy\"><\/span> A good pace again about the same as last week but this ride had a few more hills in it so just over 4000 feet of climbing but it does take it&#8217;s toll on me, quite tired now with sore legs towards the end of the ride.
