Anyway 30 miles into a 20 mph headwind made my legs hurt but at least the last 20 miles were into a tail wind. Unfortunately one of the guys managed to blow his tyre up and take the wheel rim out at the same time <span class=\"wp-font-emots-emo-surprised\"><\/span> can say I&#8217;ve ever seen that before so he got a lift home. Normally I would get about 6-8 rides a month but so far I&#8217;ve only got 2 <span class=\"wp-font-emots-emo-displeased\"><\/span> the weather is a real hamper this month and that just made today&#8217;s ride all the more harder.
