I was expecting to get blown around and pissed on by the rain, in the end it only rained a little bit and the wind didn&#8217;t pick up until the last hour of the ride. I was expecting storm Dennis to be knocking me around but it looks like we managed to just miss it <span class=\"wp-font-emots-emo-happy\"><\/span> Anyhow I got a bit of a workout today, heart rate higher than normal bit overall I didn&#8217;t fare to bad given the extent of my break, I was again expecting to get hammered but didn&#8217;t <span class=\"wp-font-emots-emo-wink\"><\/span> So 44 miles clocked up at an avg speed of 15 mph I&#8217;m happy with that and since I won&#8217;t be riding tomorrow again due to crazy weather I&#8217;ll quite happily pick this up next week <span class=\"wp-font-emots-emo-happy\"><\/span> <\/p> \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" <p> Ride 15\/02\/2020 First ride back after a 2 week break due to bike service and crazy weather and speaking of the weather I was surprised how calm it was out there today.
