I was a bit disappointing with the turn up, only 3 of us actually turned up <span class=\"wp-font-emots-emo-unhappy\"><\/span> This didn&#8217;t last long as one of the guys bailed at Kincardine which left me with the fast guy. Now I was expecting this to happen so I did come prepared but what I wasn&#8217;t expecting was to have an avg speed of 18.2 mph after 40 miles when we hit the cafe stop. I was pretty tired by this point and I haven&#8217;t seen my heart rate hit 200 bpm for quite some time which shows how hard that was for me. After the cafe stop I parted ways as there was no way I could continue that and get home. I took the shorter route home and saved 5 miles which doesn&#8217;t sound like a lot but it is when your knackered.
