So rather than doing the usual bun run I decided to go with some of the other members who were doing a longer loop around the Forth. This worked out fine with me as I was planning to go to my Uncles which was on the way. Although I wasn&#8217;t riding particularly hard my legs were sore towards the end of the ride like I had been cycling hard. My avg speed was only 15.7 mph, and sure there were some hills in the mix but nothing I haven&#8217;t done before since I was familiar with the route we were taking.
