Out with the 10:00 crew doing the usual route over Knockhill and along to dollar and up to muircot for a cafe stop. Then back home via Kincardine  and the coastal road to Dunfermline. I stopped at home for lunch but wanted to do a longer ride so after lunch a did a loop to Kirkcaldy and back bumping the mileage up to 75 miles.
