Crawled home at a slow pace. Thats the fastest 75 miles I’ve ever done with an avg speed of 18 mph, usually it would take me 5 hours to do that! just as well it was a flat run with no hills. So I’m soar and so tired and collapsed on the bed for an hour before I could muster up the energy to get in the shower. Oddly enough it’s a nice sunny day with little wind so at least I got decent weather <\/span> <\/p> \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Ride 14\/10\/2018 OMG!! no one said anything about doing a 75 mile club run this morning, usually it’s around the 40 ish miles and this is the fast run!
