I hadn&#8217;t ridden for 2 weeks and that was stupid and I paid the price for it, I was knackered by the time I got to the end of the course and cramping up on the ride didn&#8217;t help either >:-( Anyway the weather was fine so thank god for that, Evans did this ride a couple of years ago so I knew what to expect, ironically going up Duke&#8217;s Pass wasn&#8217;t the issue the last hill at the end 5 miles was the killer for me but another one bits the dust and onto July&#8217;s Lanark ride.
